I was born in Stein am Rhein (Switzerland) as a daughter to Croatian parents in 1971. I have stayed in this beautiful and inspiring area to this day.

After finishing my commercial education, I worked for various companies and decided to focus on accounting where my strengths lied. Even though my work was always very analytical and heavy with numbers, I always enjoyed being creative. I’ve loved to explore different ways of creativity, of which photography has always been an important part of expressing myself and the way I see and explore things and places when traveling or being in nature.

“Do what you love” …. According to this motto I have developed my artistic skills during the last few years. After learning about acrylic pouring, I discovered the art of resin (epoxy) in the summer of 2020. This form of art has captured my heart completely as I can combine my intense love and longing for the ocean with my passion for artisanal fine work. Through intense self-study and regular exchange with other resin artists worldwide I was able to learn how to create realistic little islands and beach scenes by using mixed media materials, acrylics, alcohol inks and of course resin to give each piece that beautiful shine.

Working on my ocean pieces has become part of my life and it gives me fulfillment on a daily basis. It also makes me very happy to know that my art gives joy to other people.

I live with my family and our two dogs in a small village next to Stein am Rhein where I have also set up my studio.
